In 2 hours, your employees will end up with a design of their ideal workday and a concrete action plan to work towards it with support from a buddy!
New ways of working create opportunities for productivity and work-life harmony. The flip side: challenges in terms of wellbeing, engagement and connection. With the 'Great Resignation' in a tight labour market, the binding and retention of talent also plays a role. Younger generations in particular expect organisations to focus on well-being. Actively addressing the way we work is therefore not a nice-to-have but a necessity. If people feel good about themselves, the organisation performs better. But how do you bring the work needs of the individual, team and organisation together in a win-win-win?
Unfortunately. There is no one-size-fits-all or magic pill. The best way to work depends on the type of work, the situation, and the people themselves. Every person has unique work needs. How you gain or drain your energy als differs per person. We therefore advocate a people-centred approach, catering to individual needs but working together. Give employees freedom, trust and a mandate to shape their work experience together. Help them experiment: what works and what doesn't? The result: smooth collaboration and happy employees who support each other in well-being and work.
In our workshop, we make your employees the directors of their work experience. We guide them through a series of assignments in which they create a design of their ideal workday based on their intrinsic motivation. This journey consists of small experiments, moments of positive reflection and support from colleagues. As an employee, you explore a realistic ideal image, map the differences with the current situation, and arrive at a concrete action plan to actively make that ideal workday a reality, together with your buddy!

At the end of the workshop you, as a participant or team, have a design of your ideal workday and a focused action plan with which you can take concrete steps towards your ideal workday.
Our style? Practical, personal and fun. On location, or in our online workshop space. There is a lot of interaction between employees, we share best practices and send inspiring tips afterwards. A buddy system provides extra commitment and support. This way, your employees really get moving towards their ideal workday!
